Youth Mark & Youth Engagement
Youth Mark is the quality award for organisations that provide services for young people. It is unique in that it is delivered entirely by young people. In making an assessment of the quality of an organisation, they elicit feedback from those who benefit from it; the young people who use the service.
The criteria to be met to gain a Youth Mark award have been developed with young people, so they are based on what young people believe to be important in services for them.
