Y-gen exists to develop young people's skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals. We're looking for a talented, energetic and enthusiastic person to help develop our charity based in North London.
Business Development Manager (£36,000)
With a proven track record of fundraising expertise and meeting income targets, you will secure new and diverse funding streams and develop a comprehensive fundraising portfolio. You will conduct extensive research and prepare accurate and effective bids and proposals to major charitable trusts, commissioners and other funding bodies. You will utilise your experience of building successful client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels and further develop our reputation as an excellent service provider. You will manage project implementation and lead on the delivery of some projects, drawing on your highly developed interpersonal skills to support staff to ensure successful delivery of funded activities.
